Just wanted to pass along my thanks and appreciation for Jon and your team’s efforts. Jon’s overall knowledge of the equipment and that knowledge was instrumental in identifying the issue that had been overlooked by the factory trained techs that were here prior. Jon put in the long hours and dedicated his efforts to getting us to an operational state. He had an ownership of the problem that made us think he was part of our team.
