Jon McLaughlin

Overseeing both Service and Manufacturing, Jon McLaughlin drives operational performance and ensures alignment between field execution and in-house capabilities. 

He entered the industry after owning and operating a car dealership, making a pivotal career shift when given the opportunity to work alongside family at Pneumatic Scale Angelus. Jon went on to build hands-on experience across organizations including Ball Corporation before joining RSS MACLIN. 

Jon brings a practical, team-oriented leadership style and a strong commitment to solving real-world customer challenges. He is motivated by restoring the level of quality and integrity he believes has been lost across the industry. His focus is on strengthening internal standards, developing people, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes that customers can rely on.
