- Oversee the daily operations of the Latin America office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage administrative functions, including correspondence, record keeping, and office supply inventory.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to support executive and team activities.
- Supervise support staff and delegate tasks to ensure organizational productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local vendors, service providers, and clients, maintaining positive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial documentation to assist with regional financial management.
- Facilitate communication between the Latin America team and the American headquarters, ensuring alignment of goals and activities.
- Translate documents and verbal communication between Spanish and English to ensure clear understanding across teams.
