- Oversee the daily operation and ongoing maintenance of our online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for vendors and customers.
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability to accurately reflect our vendor offerings and inventory.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the marketplace platform, coordinating with IT or web developers as needed to resolve problems promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors to gather product information, images, and promotional content to keep the marketplace current and engaging.
- Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
- Ensure the marketplace complies with all relevant regulations and standards for online commerce and data security.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns and special offers on the platform.
- Maintain detailed records of updates, issues, and resolutions to support continuous platform improvement and reporting.
