Location: Travel Across U.S., Canada, and Latin America

• Conduct inspections and perform preventive maintenance on key components of automated case packers, including but not limited to, robotic arms, conveyors, and control systems.  
• Assist with tooling changes, equipment setup, and manage parts inventory to ensure smooth operation.  
• Troubleshoot and repair line components rapidly to prevent delays and sustain consistent throughput.  
• Use operational data analysis to identify efficiency improvements and maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).  
• Provide technical support and deliver training to customers, fostering professional relationships based on trust and technical knowledge.  
• Whether working independently or in a team, demonstrate mechanical competency while representing RSS MACLIN professionally and respectfully.
