Location: Travel Across U.S., Canada, and Latin America, on-site at RSS MACLI N Facility in Barberton, Ohio

• Assist experienced engineers with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and setup of packaging machines including seamers, fillers, and case packers.  
• Learn from field experts through hands-on experience, gaining valuable technical skills and insights into best practices. 
• Carry out basic repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on various equipment components.  
• Support equipment adjustments, parts tracking, and changeover activities under supervision to ensure smooth operation.  
• Help analyze production data and contribute toward reducing downtime and enhancing line efficiency.  
• Engage professionally with customers, upholding the company's standards of integrity and respect.  
• Show mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn; technical enthusiasm and teamwork are highly valued.
