• Responsible for performing preventative maintenance, technical repairs, and comprehensive audits on various types of seamers.

• Manage tooling modifications, facilitate equipment changeovers, and compile repair parts lists to support maintenance activities.  
• Analyze production data, including V-curves, to identify inefficiencies and implement targeted improvements aimed at increasing throughput and maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and conduct repairs on can filling equipment to ensure steady production flow.

• Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections to assess machine health and operational efficiency.

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs from Allen Bradley and Siemens, supporting automation and control systems.  
• Conduct electrical diagnostics, wiring, and system installations to support machinery upgrades and integrate new systems.  
• Collaborate with mechanical teams to ensure automation controls align with operational goals and improve overall system performance.  
• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure safe operation.
