RSS MACLIN Owner and Founder
Anthony Ganni has nearly five decades of experience in the can and bottle industry. He started his career in 1973 as a maintenance technician for Carnation and Schlitz Beer and he later took a maintenance manager position at PepsiCo. By 1984, Anthony began his employment at Anheuser Busch as a maintenance supervisor. During his 24 years at Anheuser Busch, Anthony moved to overhaul supervisor and maintenance area manager. His final position there was the seamer and can filler corporate SME. Following a brief period of retirement, Anthony made the decision to return to the industry as the training manager at Pneumatic Scale Angelus. Here he again experienced rapid growth and opportunity when he was promoted to director of training, global training manager and, finally, director of seaming technology, a position which he held until 2018.
Anthony’s tenacity and dedication to the can and bottle industry are apparent, as displayed by the trajectory of his career and the numerous awards and accreditations he has received for the processes and improvements he implemented. He created RSS MACLIN to take everything he has learned, including all of the initiatives he pioneered, and pass them on as his legacy to forever leave a mark on the industry.
