Kevin Phillips

Kevin Phillips drives operations, growth strategy, and organizational development across RSS MACLIN and RSS MACLIN LATAM, building the systems and leadership structure needed to scale beyond a traditional service model. 

He brings experience in enterprise operations, program management, and business leadership, with past roles including leadership positions at K&L Gates and Fragomen, as well as founding and co-founding multiple ventures. His background in mergers and acquisitions, business planning, and operational scaling informs his approach to building durable, high-performing organizations. 

Kevin is focused on aligning teams, removing friction, and creating the infrastructure required for sustainable growth. He is known for fostering a culture where teams move in the same direction, push boundaries, and prioritize collective success over individual recognition. 

His mission is to help RSS MACLIN set a new standard for performance and execution in the packaging industry by continuously improving how the company operates, grows, and delivers value to customers.
