He brings experience in packaging engineering and capital project execution from his time with Constellation Brands International, where he led large-scale investments and high-speed line implementations. His background spans production, engineering leadership, and complex project delivery.
Javier focuses on improving line performance, reliability, and long-term operational success. He is known for turning complex technical challenges into practical, results-driven solutions.
His mission is to build a world-class technical organization, expand RSS MACLIN’s presence in Latin America, and ensure customers have a trusted partner for their most demanding production challenges.
