Chris Ganni

Chris Ganni is responsible for guiding the long-term strategy, growth, and organizational development of RSS MACLIN and RSS MACLIN LATAM. 

With a background in sales and operations leadership, he brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to building scalable systems and strong teams. He remains closely involved in business development, partnerships, and customer relationships, while continuing to expand RSS MACLIN beyond traditional service models. 

Chris is driven by a vision to build an organization that outlasts any one individual. His leadership centers on accountability, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful opportunities for employees, partners, and customers. He is passionate about developing leaders within the organization and positioning RSS MACLIN as a defining force in the packaging industry.
