Alex Ganni

As VP of Production Line Support, Alex Ganni focuses on customer engagement and scalable learning programs that strengthen operational performance across packaging lines. 

His career in the industry began working alongside his father at Pneumatic Scale Angelus, an experience that shaped both his technical foundation and long-term commitment to the trade. Over time, Alex has grown from field engineering into his current leadership role where he helps guide training strategy, customer support, and emerging initiatives such as the MACLIN Marketplace. 

A strong advocate for skill development, Alex is focused on building programs that empower teams to operate independently. He believes that while talent varies, skill can always be developed with the right structure and support. His mission is to create an inclusive, OEM-agnostic training ecosystem that helps customers improve performance, reduce reliance on outside service, and build long-term confidence in their operations.
